Product Description

Inch style needle roller bearings provide a large load rating in a small space and can be used with or without inner rings. They are available in caged or full complement style. The full complement style is best suited for low speed or oscillating motion while the caged type is better for high speed applications. Load ratings are higher for full complement style bearings. For fitting accuracy the caged type is advantageous when fitting errors and shaft bending are relatively large. They are available with open or Closed ends.

Features

1. The needle roller bearing with or without inner ring is a complete unit consisting of a machined outer ring, a needle roller and cage assembly and a separable inner ring.

2. Due to the small section height, it has a space-saving structure;

3. The outer ring has a lubricating oil groove and lubricating hole.

4. Needle roller bearings with inner rings are used in applications where the shaft cannot be used as a needle roller bearing raceway.

5. Needle roller bearings with inner ring are used in applications where bearings without inner ring cannot be used, or applications where hardened or ground shafts are uneconomical. Bearings with inner rings only allow axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat within a certain range. If the allowable axial displacement provided by a standard inner ring is not enough, a widened inner ring can be used.
